Hunter

Orestes, son of Agamemnon, avenges his father by killing his mother, Clytemnestra, and her lover. Though commanded by Apollo, the act binds him to guilt. Pursued by the Furies, embodiments of vengeance, he is driven to madness. Seeking release, he is judged in Athens, where the gods themselves intervene and acquit him. His fate marks a turning point—from blood vengeance to justice—yet the weight of what he has done can never be undone.

He runs, but the mind runs faster.
Judgement gathers before it is spoken.
The past hunts him without mercy.
Absolved, but not unburdened.
